1) Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, submitting an enquiry, or clicking “I agree”, you accept these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2.1 Entity & status. Lendy.sg is owned and operated by Funding Network Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201631746N). We are a dedicated team of experienced business financing consultants committed to helping businesses in Singapore.

2.2 What we do. We act as a broker, providing professional advisory services and helping our clients navigate the business financing landscape. Our goal is to connect you with suitable financial products and services from a range of providers. The final terms, eligibility, and disbursement of any financing are determined by the respective financial institution, subject to their internal policies and applicable law.

3) Your Use of the Site

3.1 Eligibility. You must be 18 or over and legally capable of entering contracts. If acting for a company, you confirm you are authorised.

3.2 Accurate information. You warrant that any information and documents you provide are true, complete and not misleading.

3.3 Prohibited conduct. You must not:

       a) attempt unauthorised access to, or interfere with, the Site;

       b) post or transmit unlawful, infringing or misleading content;

       c) send unsolicited marketing that breaches Singapore’s Do Not Call (DNC) provisions or Spam Control Act requirements.

4) Contact & Electronic Communications

You consent to our contacting you about your enquiry (e.g., email, call, SMS, WhatsApp). Any telemarketing will observe DNC Registry rules (number checks, honouring opt-outs). Marketing emails/SMS—where sent—will include clear sender ID and an unsubscribe facility, and—where applicable—“<ADV>” labelling under the Spam Control Act.

We collect and use personal data you submit to respond to enquiries, assess eligibility, and provide services allowed under our exemption and Singapore law. 7) Intellectual Property

8) No Guarantee of Approval or Terms

We do not guarantee loan approval, funding timelines, interest rates, or fees. Any illustrations are indicative and subject to assessment and change without notice.

9) Disclaimers & Liability

9.1 As-is. The Site and its content are provided “as-is” and “as-available”.

9.2 No indirect loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data.

9.3 Cap on direct loss. For losses that cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Site and our online interactions is limited to the total fees (if any) you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event.

9.4 Carve-outs. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Any exclusion/limitation is subject to the reasonableness requirements under the Unfair Contract Terms Act.

10) Changes, Suspension & Termination

We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary (e.g., security, legal, operational reasons).

11) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
